What an amazing experience here at Treetops! Excellence on every level: 1) Location. on the apex of Orchard Rd and just a short stroll to shopping, restaurants, and 2 MRT stations. 2) Service. Everyone, from the reception staff who remembered us and the reason for our visit to Singapore, to the room service staff, to the wait staff at breakfast, were friendly, smiling and always proactive in looking to help us during our stay. 3) Rooms and amenities. We stayed in the 2 bedroom superior apartment and were blown away by the proportions - what an amazing open living/dining and kitchen space, with appliances to cook and clean. The pool was also such a highlight with the kids, with a large pool plus smaller kids pool. It was relatively quiet each time we went for a swim. 4) Value for money. For the comfort and quality of the rooms and service, why pay a lot more for another branded hotel close by? For a regular family, the level of luxury on offer here at Treetops was more than enough for us. We will be back!! Thanks to Treetops and all of the wonderful staff for a great stay in Singapore.

The kind of place where what only matters is the owner revenues. Poor management with lack of communication, hospitality and dilligence. We were welcomed by security guards who had no ways to answer our questions. The next day neither the reception nor sales did follow with us. We were allocated a flat where renovations were in progress. Again no notification. Of course we complained, and were given a worst alternative. Reception wasnt helpful at all though always ensured to look busy. Breakfast is a nightmare, poor quality, small and noisy room, rough and stress staff. A rip off!

If you’re looking for a detailed, updated (as of the end of September, 2023) guide on this residency, the following review will contain our personal experience here. LIVING FACILITIES; We lived here from the 20th to the 26th of this month; and purchased an apartment with two bedrooms. (1 room with a spacious double bed, and 1 room with 2 single beds, which are also relatively spacious/ large). This living space includes clean, modern bathrooms (2 in our apartment- 1 being attached to the double bed room, and 1 just outside the other room), a rather old fashioned but nice living room with a TV, couch, and footrest/ recamier of sorts, as well as a kitchen [washing machine, bin, cutlery, microwave, sink, fridge, freezer, stone countertop, welcome basket, shelving, storage, drawers etc. included]. The bedrooms are equipped with charging ports in the dressers, double curtains, two pillows, air-con, closet, bedside table with drawers, lamps and other things not on the top of my head currently. Bedrooms are carpet flooring, while kitchen, bathroom, and living room are either wood, or stone. Bins are provided in each room, and there is not one in living room. {At least where we lived} ROOM SERVICE; Service in terms of quality is quite high. They make your beds, restock or wash things such as towels, hand towels, soap, sanitary bags, shower caps, shampoo, dirty dishes (washed), and generally tidy up your place. If you require any additional supplies or etc, a quick call from your room phone to the front desk will provide you with whatever they can give you/ what you requested. Room service comes pretty much every day, except Sunday, and some public holidays/ certain dates you can check on the information sheet provided in the living room. OTHER SERVICES/ FACILITIES; In our personal experience, let me just put it out there the front desk workers are so incredibly polite, genuine, and helpful, while also greeting you with a big smile when acknowledged. Gym with workout equipment such as treadmills, cycling machines, weights in all types of difficulties, bars, lat pull-down machine, horizontal pull machine, and etc. is provided. There is a certain period during the day in which you are permitted to use it as you please, but I think the duration is extremely reasonable. (It’s quite a flexible period, and it starts quite early in the morning) Breakfast buffet is also available in the morning, and goes up to 11am. A few items of breakfast change every day, and I guess that provides a variety of sorts. This buffet is reasonably extensive for its price, and depending on how long and when you stay, you might encounter vegetarian fried rice, vegetarian noodles, spring rolls, curry puffs, nasi lemak, waffles, chicken sausages, ham, bacon, curi fries (quite nice), hash browns and etc. Permanent foods at least in this period of time, include a various range of breads that can be toasted (sourdough, croissant, bread scrolls, plain bread, etc etc.) spreads for the breads such as jams, peanut butter, and butter etc, mango/orange/ something else fruit juices, cereals, hot milk, cold milk, coffee, tea, sugar, fruits such as apples, oranges, bananas, watermelon, lychee, pineapple, dragonfruit and etc, congee, bao, donuts (rotate between chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate sprinkles), eggs (scrambled, boiled, plain omelettes) etc. You will need to inform staff of your room number before entering the rooms, and they will provide you with a designated table either inside or outside depending on availability, weather and people count. Plates, cutlery, bowls, mugs, cups, napkins all provided. Employees walk around and take your dirty/ finished dishes after you are done/ during the duration. Swimming pool with two child pools on either side is also available pretty much the entire daytime. Child pool is 0.9m, and the main pool is 1.2m I think. Ladder is available to climb into/ out of main pool, and there are tables, pool chairs, and sunbathing chairs around the water. Take into consideration that they also provide towels out there!

We stayed for 6 nights. Great location. Rooms are a tad dated but clean. Our family of 5 found the 2 bedroom suite spacious and perfect for our needs - having the kitchen and the laundry appliances is very useful with little ones! My young boys enjoyed the pool. We didn't try the breakfast, preferring instead to head out to the hawker centres instead.

Loved it. Decor was slightly dated but the layout and fittings were exactly what we needed (with two older teenagers). Pool was great size for an apartment complex this size - def no overcrowding and plenty of sun lounges, table/seating and towels were continually replaced. All staff from cleaners to maintenance - (light switch) to waiting staff were fantastic with customer service. Would have given 5 stars if not for the food at breakfast! It was 2/5. It was average. The variety of choices were there, but the quality was not. Fresh would be best! Not the precooked frozen packets to heat up (mini sausages/hash browns/dim sim) that were served. Shame because we would like to go there again. Hopefully the breakfast buffet will be different.
